Zero Touch Portal - Error Message
Hi Team,
I have created a new configuration item and linked it to Microsoft Intune token.
Then I have decided to remove the Intune token configuration before removing the configuration file from Zero touch (which I dont think it should matter). Then I went to remove the configuration item from Zero touch and was getting a strange error message, see below.
Now I'm left with a configuration item in Zero touch that I can't remove.
Can someone please help or reach out, that would be great. Also, let me know if there is anything else you require from my end.

Hi Steve!
You should always be able to remove the ZTE configuration profile, if you have not linked it in Intune. Did you use the Intune integration for Android ZTE? If so, i would recommend removing this and create a profile manually.
I've never had a good experience with that tool 🤣

Thanks Michel.
Our integration is done by creating the profile in ZTE and point to the Intune enrolment profile. We update the DPC Extras on the ZTE profile to point to Intune.
We dont use Intune integration tool.
I have already removed the Intune profile, but i'm not able to remove the ZTE config profile.
Is it possible to connect via Zoom and you can walk me through what needs to be done perhaps easier that way! Thanks

The Intune connection should be removed, it only creates issues.

Coincidentally, I just came out of a meeting where a customer had issues with ZTE and they were using that connection. I reversed it and they were happy.
