Happy 2026 everyone ๐Ÿฅ‚

I hope you all had a wonderful festive break and managed to get some well-deserved rest.

Coming off the back of our end-of-year recap, the momentum is incredible. I'm so excited to keep that energy going and see what we build together over the next few months.

As many of us settle back into โ€œwork modeโ€, I thought it could be helpful to share some tips for making the transition as smooth as possible:

  • Review your priorities: A quick audit of your January goals or key tasks can create instant clarityWrite them down and triage your to-dos before diving in.
  • Catch up mindfully: Inbox overload is real! Skimming for relevance and archiving low-priority items can help you regain control without losing your whole week to emails.
  • Re-engage with your team: A quick catch-up message or call can  rebuild connection and give you context on anything that evolved while you were away. Be gentle on your colleagues: theyโ€™re likely easing back too!

How do you approach the return to work after the festive season?

Any tips, rituals, or practices that help you reset and get going again?

Looking forward to reading your tips!

    Happy New Year everyone!

I usually ease back in by organising my week, focusing on a few quick wins, and giving myself a bit of space to have a better overview of the tasks ahead.

Curious to hear what works for others as well ๐Ÿ‘€

easy starts? How do you manage that?

When the new year starts, its about an hour to start slowly and recover from the december rush. After that hour, the new year rush starts and everyone needs something because they have new budget. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    Fair play, Michel ๐Ÿ˜‚

Didn't want to come across as suggesting an easy start, but instead trying to make the return to the busy routine slightly more feasible. Even if you only got that first hour that you mentioned to do that  ๐Ÿ˜
