Hello, i have some problems with my device:

the model - hotwav ultra tab 6

Android 13

I dont know how to fix, could you help me to solve it?

Operation system process some time while i use touch screen is frozen, to unfrozen i must lock and relock by button.

I have done to fix problem

- reset to default os system, clear and delete all app to stack, but the problem is not solved

I would really recommend to reach out to the manufacturer as they may be able to help.

As you should still have waranty, i would recommend to check for os updates and if there are none or issue persist send it to repair.

Where i can download android 12 or 13 .iso file system?

You can't and you don'T need to.

Flashing the device with any kind of iso/rom not supported by the manufacturer can brick your device and you will loose entire warranty and support.

I know I'm late to the party, but have you tried clearing the app cache?

I have done "factory reset", clear all data device, to fix this problem, but it is nothing solved.

I think, The problem with motherboard pin connectors or processors.

I have installed winlator win7, so i have seen that os almost nothing freezes, but clear hotwav android i must use lock relock button to unfreeze touchscreen
