Adding Customer in Zero Touch Portal

Hello everyone,

we have a problem getting one of our customers into the Zero Touch Portal.

We get this error message:


Any idea what we can do here?

    Hello @tk6,

     

    Great to meet you. 

     

    Just to check, are you trying to add a new portal user into the zero-touch customer portal? If so, is the email address you are adding a google account? If it's not, then this might be the reason for the error.

    Hi Lizzie,

     

    the email address does not actually have a google account.

    We'll create one and try again.
