Admin_it account

I have just purchased Google pixel 6 and it keeps rebooting every two hours. There is a prompt showing its own by an organization and so I want to disable the it_admin account.

Hello @Anniek,

 

Nice to meet you. It sounds like the phone you have purchased is still enrolled to that organisation. I would recommend contacting the company that you purchased this device from to try and resolve this.

 

If you can keep us posted, it would be great to hear how you get on.
