android auto certificate

hello, my company is one of  the top 500 companies in the world and one of the top 5 vehicle manufacturer in China, we wants to get android auto certificate for our 300k vehicles per year to sell overseas, but we cannot contacts google for an android auto certificate account after fill the form for android partner. could you please help? thanks very much
