Android Enterprise Domain Issue

We’re having an issue with Android Enterprise.
We have registered Android Enterprise via and MDM Solution.
Now when we detached our Android Enterprise on the MDM solution and enrolled on a new MDM Solution, we can no longer claim the domain and we cant even log in to Android Enterprise either.

Hello,

the domain should be associated with the company email that was linked to the account on Google side. You could try login to admin.google.com if it’s a corporate account and start the recovery process from there. 
if it’s a Gmail account and you lost the credentials you will only be able to recover it by using the options on Google website.
