Android Zero-touch, adding another user changed changed my Owner role to Assigned

Only my account was Owner for our Android Zero Touch portal, when I added another email, it changed my Owner role to the role I was assigning to the new user (Assigner)

How do I get this fixed? Can’t find any way of contacting Google support to correct this, other than posting here.
