Android Zero-touch Enrollment Account Issue

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with our Android Zero-touch Enrollment account.

The TD SYNNEX partner, which was previously associated with our Zero-touch account, is no longer linked. The account now appears to be owned directly by Google, with no partner associated.

Could you please help us verify:

  1. Why the TD SYNNEX association was removed.
  2. The current status of our Zero-touch account.
  3. How we can re-associate a partner with the account.

Thank you for your support.

Kind regards,

Hi,

Have you reached out to TD? They are Android partner and can ask google for an explanation, but are you sure none of your collegaues have removed or changed this connection?

To add a reseller again, go to the resellers tab in your zero touch anccount and look for the correct TD synnex account and press link (or something similar).

I don't have the option to add any reseller. One of our suppliers reviewed our account and informed us that only Google can assist us with this issue.

I have no experience with this specific issue but it sounds like you don’t have the rights to this, are you sure you are logged in whit an account that has sufficient rights?

If yes, then yes you need Google to investigate. But logging a case for this can only be done via an Android Enterprise parther (such as TD, or maybe one of your resellers if they are Android Enterprise partner). The reseller could also as TD to register a ticket. Thats not unheared of but I know some resellers do not want to do that so you might need to push a bit.
