Android Zero-touch Reseller Status

I would like to know how we can obtain Android Zero-touch reseller status.

I couldn’t find any companies in my country (Kazakhstan) that are able to register devices in Android Zero-touch.

Could you please let me know if it is possible for our company to become an authorized reseller so that we can register devices ourselves?
