Can I publish a clone of my disabled app on play console

Hi,

One of my apps was suspended because of copyright infringement on the title of the app. So can I publish the same app under another package name because the old one is no longer accessible on Google Play ?

Do you have the ability to appeal or resubmit for approval with an app update?

But yes, you can submit a new app. Note all the same policies apply including duplicate content.
