Hi , I saw Spingdel ( www.springdel.com ) is using AE API for mobile phone business in Mexico for customer https://citycellmx.com/

I want to check is it allowed or not ?

If Springdel are selling the EMM as a finance tool, no. That's against permissible use.

If this company has purchased Springdel as a customer and this is what they're using it for, that becomes harder to enforce.. but now it's been raised I imagine the team will look into it ( @Emilie_B )
