Changing the Primary Contact for My Company

Our enterprise account’s primary contact has left the company, and his email is no longer valid. We are unable to update this information ourselves. We need to regain access to our company account to complete Zero Touch Enrollment for a batch of pending mobile devices.

Is there a way to change the primary contact to this account? Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Reach out to your reseller, they might be able to do it.
 

But next time do one of these two things:

  • Use a non-person-bound contact/account for it
  • Use more than one account with “owner” role

You can also do both but in general you should do minimum one so this won’t happen again.

Thank you, Moombas. However, our company is actually the reseller (we are listed under Device Resellers).

The challenge is that without the primary contact's account, I cannot request "Zero-touch enrollment" access via the "Require access to more" section on the Partner Portal homepage. My current Google account associated with the company doesn't have the necessary permissions to even access the portal.

From what I understand, I need to be designated as the primary contact so I can directly apply for Zero-touch partner status and enroll this urgent batch of devices for our customer. I definitely agree that adding multiple contact persons is crucial to avoid this in the future. (Reference: https://www.androidenterprise.dev/s/article/Becoming-a-ZT-Partner)
