cobo android intune

Hello everyone,

I’m new to Intune and I have a small question. I am deploying Android tablets in COBO mode (Corporate-Owned, Fully Managed) and I would like the user to be required to set a PIN code during deployment.

Which enrollment token should I use? And what configuration or compliance settings do you usually apply to make the PIN mandatory?

Thank you in advance for your help! 😊

Hi, welcome to the community!

For enrollment token, use the one matching the enrollment method you want to use. In your case, corporate owned, fully managed. More information can be found here regarding the different enrollment flavours: https://developers.google.com/android/work/overview

Then via configurations apply a restrictions policy to the group with users for that device, or to a device group depending on what you want to use. In the restrictions policy you will see bold letters above all fields explaining what these settings apply to. Make sure to set the password for fully managed configurations.

Good luck
