"Contact not found" in Samsung native app when searching in Exchange Global Address List

Hello,For several weeks now, we are facing an issue in Samsung Contacts app about searching contacts in our Exchange Global Address List.This feature has worked flawlessly for many years, and now when we search for a contact in Exchange GAL, contact is found but when we try to open it Samsung Contacts app fails to open contact and shows “Contact not found”.Thank you for your help.Regards,

I just tested Samsung Email 6.2.10.8. As you describe, the GAL search works, but the Samsung Contacts app cannot open the contact and displays “Contact not found.”

Since this concerns Samsung Apps, only the developer can provide further assistance. Their support is very constructive and I have found it to be very positive so far.

I would therefore recommend that you open a ticket with Samsung in the Samsung Knox Admin Portal. Log in to your account and then click on the question mark in the top right-hand corner of the portal to "Submit/View support tickets".
