Hello,

We're having trouble assigning the default configuration when resellers add phones to our Zero-Touch account.

 

We've successfully linked Intune to the Zero-Touch account.


In Intune, there is a fully managed profile.


I used this token to create a profile that works, no problem.

 

However, when resellers add new devices, they don't retrieve our default configuration, which is called PROD_INTUNE_FullyManaged, but retrieve a default profile that we haven't configured.

 

It's quite annoying to have to systematically reassign the correct default profile.

Hello,

 

So your default configuration in ZTE is Intune but the system assign another one.

 

How many configurations do you have ? can you delete the configuration you don't want ?

Hello Kris,

 

We have four configurations in ZTE. See the image:

 

By default, our main profile is: PROD_INTUNE_FullyManaged

 

But when new devices are added by our resellers, the profile added to the new devices is: "Enterprise Default Profile" instead of "PROD_INTUNE_FullyManaged"

Hello @SupportNGE 

 

Like you use intune, i found this 

So can you try to deactivate the configuration by the iFrame in Intune :

Devices > Android Devices > Enrollment > Zero-touch enrollment 
Then you will see  an option to Unlink. 

 

Let me know if it works for you.
