Question

Default configuration not applying

Hi,

I have 2 configurations in my zero touch portal and our vendors have been adding devices.  For some reason, the configuration I have set as default is not applying and I don't see anywhere else to make changes.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello @EUDCBS and welcome to the customer community!

Can I ask if you've contacted your EMM already? Do you have access to the partner portal?

We haven't reached out to our EMM as of yet.  I don't have access to the partner portal personally, but I could probably work with someone on the team that does the purchasing.  I just figured the vendor was assigning the devices to us, and the zero touch portal default configuration would automatically apply.  I can do some further digging if required though.

Thanks.

Hi @EUDCBS

It seems you use Intune with ZTE so can you confirm you don't sign in with your ZTE account directly in Microsoft Intune (see the screen capture below) ?

If you do that, you just need to erase the account

I had connected our corporate Google account to Google Play a long while back.  When I click on the Zero Touch Enrollment link it says to link an account.   When I click on Managed Google Play it shows I've already linked it so something is up.
