Device overheating

My Samsung A10s phone is overheating significantly. This is a major problem. Can anyone help solve this issue?

Have you noticed if the overheating happens during specific activities or when using certain apps?

Level 4.4: KitKat

I highly recommend to contact the manufacturer to send it in for repair so they can check and repair it.

Be aware that devices get wiped thru this process so do a full data backup (pictures, videos,...) if not stored in a cloud drive before.
