EMM Bind Credentials Lost

I work for an MSP.  We have taken on a new customer that has lost the password for their EMM Bind account (EMM is Intune).  Has anyone else been through a recover process for this and have any advice?  The have approx 200 devices enrolled, so we can't risk them having to be enrolled.

Hi @sambenenge ,

Since the account is a personal google account in most cases, you have to go through the support channels for that. And it won't always return a positive result unfortunately.

There has been a similar question recently: https://www.androidenterprise.community/discussions/conversations/lost-access-to-google-account-for-intune/10955

Just to add to what @Michel mentioned here, if it is the enterprise email account, this community guide might help to show the rebinding process when an account is removed and a new account needs to be bound, but as the account is still bound some additional steps are likely needed here. Hopefully though this might help and do keep us posted on how your customer gets on, if you can.

Thanks,

Lizzie

OK, thanks both.  Will see what we can do with the support people.
