Error 403 permission denied cannot access Zero Touch Portal

Our ZTE partner Motorola has created a Zero touch account for our company, but when we try to access the portal (https://enterprise.google.com/android/zero-touch/customers)  we get an error 403 that we do not have access. Also when accesing the "Manage zero-touch devices" setting inside the "Enrollment" sub-menu we get an server error. We already had a ticket with them and we went through the sttings tigether, but we didn't find the underlying issue and the reseller suggested we contact Android Enterprise support. We also checked that the email address was the correct one, and we also got an email from the android provisioning service that "Motorola has created your zero-touch enrollment account"

Hello @SZAD,

Welcome to the Customer Community.

Hmm, not sure why this isn't working.

Would you mind trying to log in  to the portal (https://enterprise.google.com/android/zero-touch/customers/) via your browser's incognito mode to see if this still doesn't work please?

If it's still not working, then I would actually contact your reseller, Motorola, and ask them to raise a ticket directly with our team (via the Partner Portal). They will need to provide your customer ID and the user email address you are trying to use to enter. (Sorry to direct you back to them, but they need to raise this due to verification).

It would be great to hear how you get on.

Thanks so much,

Lizzie

We tried opening the portal in incognito and it unfortunately still doesn't work. We are going to ask Motorola to open a ticket like you said.
