I would like to know the process of getting registered with DLC as we have many customers across for financing android phones and are there any requirements to be met by company to have this?

    Firstly, could I ask if are you registered on the Android Enterprise Partner Portal? If so, that's a good first stop, as they may have more tailored resources for your question.

    The team responsible for DLC partnerships can also be reached directly at dlc-contact@google.com. I'd include some detail on your business, the markets you operate in and roughly how many devices you finance, which should help them point you in the right direction.
