google pixel 9a are not enrolling in zero touch

Verizon reseller is configured, and all other devices show up a day after the order is placed with no issue. Google pixel 9, Samsung Galaxy s24 FE, just not the Google Pixel 9a.

Any idea why a specific phone model won't load?

Great to meet you. This is rather odd, I wonder have you contacted Verizon to see if there might be a reason for this on their end?

@Mburdick350as Lizzie states here, in such cases first ideally reach out to your reseller. They could in worst case reach out to Google via the partner community but ideally just tell you what has gone wrong and reuploading the devices.
