How car companies collaborate with Google Automotive Services

Hello, I‘m a product manager of Chery Automotive Company, which is China's largest exporter of automobile manufacturers, with sales of nearly 1 million vehicles overseas this year. Our recent focus is on installing intelligent systems on cars sold overseas, so we would like to cooperate with Google Automotive Services to improve the driving experience of overseas users. But I couldn’t find the contact information for car companies to cooperate with Google on the developer website. So if Google has the intention to cooperate with Chery, please contact me, thanks!
