How to become an Android EMM partner

Now we have completed the development of the full management function of Android devices based on the Android Manange API. Now we hope to become a Google partner to promote our products. What should we do?
Currently, we are trying to register at: https://www.androidenterprise.dev/s/. After clicking "Resume Onbording", we are asked to enter our email again, but we have never received it.

    In terms of joining the partner programme and/or Partner Portal, I would recommend contacting that team directly by emailing: ae-community@google.com 

    They should be able to help with your application and advise you further.

    I'm curious what your plans are to differentiate in an already very saturated market. Are you planning to provide any unique capabilities not otherwise already offered in market? Android Management API has effectively leveled the playing field and has resulted in a lot of players entering the space with a thin front end since the backend APIs are doing the heavy lifting of the actual device management. If your plans are similar to that it's going to be hard for you to stand out.
