Independent Developer – Android Management API Device Quota Issue

Hi everyone,

I'm an independent developer working on an Android MDM project called OmniMDM.

I can create enterprises and generate enrollment QR codes, but when I scan the QR code, I get an error saying my organization has reached its usage limit.

I don't have a registered company or a D-U-N-S number.

Is there any way for independent developers to get an initial device quota?
