Question

Logged out of my phone beacause of FRP that i set with my custom dpc.

I created a custom dpc and was testing it . In order to validate the frp i did a factory reset on my device from the boot menu . I got a lock at the top asking for the device owner's mail id . It entered it.
But it kept on saying " please sign in with on of the owner's account for this device"
I mean how can it be wrong it is hard coded in my dpc code. 
I am really annoyed would really appreciate some help . 


P.S. -> The phone was mint stock didnt had any mail id set, before installing the dpc.

I guess it’s a fully managed device?

Did you provide a Google account id and the attached mail address within the FRP profile to be able to unlock the device?

I installed the dpc on my device it wasnt qr provisioned , just installed it gave the necessary permission. 

 

i did attached the mail , but what is this account id ?

It doesn’t care how you provisioned it.

In my knowledge you need to provide via DPC both (will try to find the relevant documentation but can’t promise). I see it like this in our MDM:

So, they require to provide your Google account id associated to your Google account and it’s mail address.
