The Moto Pad 60 Pro shows local Play Protect certification but its device fingerprint is missing from the public Google Play Supported Devices CSV database, which completely blocks corporate UEM/MDM deployment."

Hi @Sourabh 134123

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting!

Just so we point you in the right direction, could you clarify a couple of things?

  • When you mention the supported devices database, is that the Google Play supported devices list, or the Android Enterprise Solutions Directory?
  • Which UEM are you using, and where does deployment fail? For example, during enrolment, or when apps are being pushed? Any error message would help too.

Once we know a bit more, we can see what’s best to look into from here.

Cheers,
Kirk

Yes. The same list

My organisation uses Blackberry UEM or Microsoft intues. Since this device is not on the list, I am getting an error like prohibited device. Spoke to my IT team- no exception possible. Need list to be updated. I search and also learned that motorola need to submit some data to Google for Google to update that list. I have written to publically available contact to motorola but no answer. Do you know anyone senior in moto. Any other way to get device on list. At device level it says protected by Google play protect
