I just bought a pixel tablet off of eBay, and I'm getting the message that this device belongs to an organization. I reset the device, but no luck. Please assist. Thanks!

Terribly sorry to hear but it sounds like you purchased a tablet belonging to a company. In the more details of the managed by screen you may see the company it belonged to but your only recourse really is to reach out to the seller.
