Not getting incoming google call ringtone

Hi - i am using Galaxy s24 ultra 5g. the problem i am facing is that i have work profile enabled where i am accessing the gmail and google chat of office. But i hvae stopped getting the ringtone when someone is calling me on google chat that is installed in work profile. Please help resolve this issue

Hi, i think you may get in contact with your IT and look into that with them maybe because it's hard to figure something like that out without the device as i assume you checked your sound and notification settings already for this app and the related sounds.
