OnePlus 13 not listed in the AER(Android Enterprise Recommended) devices

Hello Everyone,

I've noticed that the OnePlus 13 is not included in the Android Enterprise Recommended (AER) devices list, which can be found here: https://androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com/devices/#!?search=Oneplus.

While the OnePlus 12 is currently listed, I'm curious to know when the OnePlus 13 might be added. My work profile on the OnePlus 13 was functioning properly for the past three weeks but has suddenly stopped working today. I discovered that the absence of the OnePlus 13 from the AER list could be the cause, although I'm puzzled as to why there were no issues until now.

Could someone provide insight into whether the OnePlus 13 will be added to the AER list in the near future? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @satheesh2k8 !

the AER list is a list of devices that meet certain criteria, the Oneplus 13 might not (yet) be certified for a number of reasons. But the device comes with the google services installed, so the work profile configuration should work for you.

What problems are you experiencing?

Received a response to my support request yesterday on which the support person states that they've received confirmation from OnePlus headquarters that both the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R are now officially "Android Enterprise Recommended" devices.

However, this information is not yet reflected to Android Business Device Solutions Directory - Android Enterprise - Devices, but I guess the publification of this is imminent as the confirmed status was now shared through official support channels.

Thanks @ilpoleppanen for sharing this. I'll check with our Partner team to see when we might expect this to be reflected in our Solutions Directory. 😎

just to add here for @satheesh2k8 : There can be always delays between devices getting AER and it being displayed on the web page by Google.

Hi @Emilie_B, would you know when is OnePlus 13s going to be listed in the AER? Not being listed currently is creating huge issues for me.

Much appreciated.

Hi @AG3,

i would recommend to ask the manufacturer because this might be just a "sub" model and not being listed seperately.

But also keep in mind it was released just some months ago, so it may take some more time to be AER certified and being listed. Again, I really recommend to ask the manufacturer about it (it also might be not considered to be AER certified by them, then you would wait for nothing).
