We sell new Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) smartphones and manufactures' reconditioned smartphones. Sometimes we sell new top brand smartphones. Occasionally we get customers who want the latest version of Android when the value priced phones we buy are loaded with EMUI or Android ver.10.

Is it possible to contact someone for assistance and instruction on Flashing smartphones to the latest Android version if the phone's model is compliant with Android 12+?  Thank you much

The flashing of Android devices can differ depending on the manufacturer.

For Nexus and Pixel devices, I can refer you to this URL:
https://developers.google.com/android/ota

There is no official way for end users to flash Samsung firmware. There is a tool that is widely used, but actually only repair centers and Samsung itself are officially allowed to flash devices.

In any case, you should really know what you're doing when you're falshing. In the worst case scenario, you could end up bricking the devices. If manufacturers officially support flashing, we can link to it. If there are unofficial methods, we cannot write instructions here.

Good information grateful to know.🤳🤳

Can we send phones out to be flashed with Fastboot or Android Flash Tool for example??

I will ask for manufacture's approval first. Thank you much.
