when setup the devices offline, they receive notifications with reset after 2Hours, for Samsung devices, Are we able to create DPC templet to let the devices reset after 10 Minutes or to customize this based on the need.

I don’t remember where/who can set this. I think it was able to change that.

I would recommend to reach out to you reseller to do that.
