Reseller can't create accounts

I'm unable to create accounts in the ZeroTouch portal 'unexpected error' this is all of our users. 

 

It's the British Telecom reseller account that we use.

Hi Lizzie,   

 

Thanks for responding.  We use - https://enterprise.google.com/u/2/android/zero-touch/resellers/402035001/customers

 We were able to add accounts up to the start of this week but none of our users can add now.

Hi @KLiddle,

 

Lizzie is referring to the partner portal - https://zt.androidenterprise.dev - where you can raise this to the appropriate team as a partner directly. This is a customer community so there's more involved in trying to escalate it.
