Hello,

We have a managed Google Play store account linked to our Endpoint Manager. This account is a Microsoft one on our domain but we do not have a log of the password. Are we able to reset it without any negative effects on our enrolled devices?

you mean following the “I forgot my password” process? Than no, that would not result in issues.

If you want to replace the account with a new one, yes that would cause big issues.

another thing worth investigating, is launching the upgrade prcoess to upgrade your MGP account to a managed google domain account, which gives you a lot of corporate benefits such as password recovery options, more admin accounts, set up lmultiple MDM solutions with the same account. Thank you, part of the reason we’re doing it is to look at the upgrade option as well. Plus getting zero touch configured.
