STORAGE ACCESS DENIED BY IT ADMIN.

"Hi, I'm getting a 'Blocked by IT admin' message when trying to access storage in my work profile on my Samsung phone. I need to access [photos/files/internal storage/etc.] - could you check if my permissions can be updated?"

Welcome to the community, thanks for your question. 

 

Out of interest have you spoken with your IT team to see if they might be able to let you know what is happening - potentially if there is a policy restriction in place? Also, has this been something that previously you have been able to access?

    hi @akashrathore,

    as Lizzie mentioned, this is something your IT admins need to investigate.

    Maybe it works as they wanted.
