Updated Android Enterprise Migration Bluebook and URL mistakes

can I check if this is still the latest Bluebook from 2019?

it looks like a couple of the URL's are still incorrect as listed as *gstatic.com and *gtv1.com without the additional "." enforcing the subdomain, this could cause a misconfiguration and possible security issue.

and if any new URL's need to be excluded from proxy and firewalls
