WhatsApp Business doesn't notify me about a call

The WhatsApp Business app, installed only on my work profile, doesn't notify me when I receive an audio call through the WhatsApp application.
If I receive a message on WhatsApp, the notification works normally, but I don't get any notification for calls.
I've already checked all the call notification settings;
I've also checked the caller.
I would like my phone to ring when someone calls me via WhatsApp Business.
(Detail: the phone only vibrates, but there is nothing on the screen, and no sound, it just vibrates.)

There could be several reasons it might happen. Check this list below

  • Check WhatsApp Notification in Phone Settings
  • Phone Notification Settings
  • Do Not Disturb Mode
  • Work Profile Settings
  • Battery Optimization
  • App Updates

This is an interesting one, thanks for sharing. I wonder are you able to get a bug report of your device, so we can learn a little more about what is happening here? 

 

To add, do you have any other apps in your work profile that allows calls? If so, is that working as intented?
