Why playstore mode got offline?

I have enrolled a device and working fine but after some days when we try to access playstore it show offline mode of playstore. I have attached image for more clarification. What is the actual issue behind that.

It is difficult to answer that question, because the situation is not entirely clear.

 

What I can see in the picture:

  • dual SIM with VoLTE on both SIMs
  • No Wi-Fi
  • Mobile data is not displayed (no indication of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, LTE...)
  • WhatsApp (Business) messages available
  • Personal Play Store in offline mode

I believe that VoLTE doesn't require "mobile data" to work, and I don't know how this device manufacturer displays active data connections. Based on the screenshot, I would assume that you’re actually offline now, but that you were connected at some point for the WhatsApp Messages (e.g., because your Wi-Fi connection or mobile data was turned off).

 

Do websites work in the browser? If so, does https://play.google.com/ work too?

Is mobile data turned on and is the APN configured correctly?
What type of device enrollment is this? COPE or BYOD? (There is no Games tab in the Managed Play Store)
