Work Profile not working

I can't set up my work profile; I got Oneplus Ace 2 pro, country-based in Mexico. Theres a propmt window " No se puede agregar un perfil de trabajo en este dispositivo" Cant add a work profile in this device.

Please help!

Hi Isram,

it's hard to check anything regarding this from our end. You should get in contact with your IT department to check this out.

Be aware that you can't set up a work profile on a already fully managed or COPE device.
