Zero Touch device cannot be added

I bought a Google Pixel 9a from Bechtle in Germany. I have already a Pixel 4 assigned and installed via Endpoint Manager. They told me i should add the following reseller ID 1823138271
 
to my Zero Touch portal. But i cannot find it. I have the following reseller added already:
 
Reseller-Name
 
 
Bechtle Direct B.V
 
Entfernen
 
 
Bechtle Logistik & Service GmbH
 
Entfernen
 
 
Brodos
 
how can i find the reseller id 1823138271 in the Zero touch portal?

You can't afaik.

You need to ask them for their correct name in the ZTP and my best guess is "Bechtle Logistik & Service GmbH" to be the right one but they need to tell you.

Hi,

 

Bechtle Direct B.V. is the dutch entity of Bechtle, Bechtle Logistick & Service is the german part. I'm 90% sure you need that one because Bechtle germany offers their services trough Logistik & Service. 

 

The reseller ID was listed before but is no longer showing. 

 

If you need help, send me a PB and I can assist you further with Bechtle.
