Investigating reports of community inbox - are you impacted?
Hey everyone,
We’re looking into reports that some community members have reported an issue with their Community inbox - it seems like they can see the notifications for new messages but are unable to access their inbox and their messages (old and new).
At the moment, it is only affecting a very small number of members but we wanted to flag this issue - if you are experiencing anything similar, please let us know!
