Codes for rewards and offers

Why i get the rewards but i dont have any code. To redeem it.

it's so hard to explain

I live in the middle East Syria

we don't have any payment solutions

everytime play store s3ns me an in app 2$

rewards and offers I receive the offers and rewards without code to redeem

and I don't have any online bank system or any type of payment methods online
