Create an account on AZT - An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later

In the new Zero Touche portal, I'd like to add a new account. I can enter the email address and the role, but then I get the following error:
An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later

Have other people experienced this problem? What can I do?

Following various tests, we were able to find the problem. The error is not at all explicit.

In order to add an account without error, the account must be an active and valid Google account.
