Device Policy popup Allow this app to turn Wi-Fi on and off anytime

I'm having a problem with my company.
They randomly receive a notification at the bottom of the screen anytime:
“Device Policy Allow this app to turn Wi-Fi on and off”

I'm assuming this is Xiaomi and is a known issue. I saw this resolved in a recent MIUI release, so check for updates first, but otherwise contact your EMM vendor and/or Xiaomi support to raise it for your model(s) affected.

I have already updated to the latest OS version, but I cannot fix it. Could you please let me know where you found information about the issues being fixed? Thank you.

It may not be patched for your model(s) yet. I was able to replicate this on an earlier build but once it updated it was no longer happening. 

 

Again needs to be raised with Xiaomi.

 

You can try a manual override on the problem device(s) but this won't scale with hundreds -
