New devices only receive "Enterprise Default Profile" instead of default profile
Just an FYI, not sure if this applies to ZTE as well but might be worth testing:
If you apply a new profile to a device in Samsung Knox, it will send a reset signal to the device. This happens when you clear the old profile, and assign a new one instead of just directly assigning a new one.

Sorry for hijacking your thread but we are experiencing the same issue.
Our new devices are receiving the "Enterprise Default Profile," (which no longer exists,) despite having set the Default Configuration to the one that really exist.
As you can see do we only have one configuration profile that is set as default configuration but it still sets the "Enterprise Default Profile" to the new devices that is added.
Have tried to rename the profile create another and set that as default and back again but still new devices show up with the incorrect profile.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
