SCEP and EAP/TLS
Hi Team,
I'm so sorry to ask this but it is expected that whenever I select the SSID of a Wi-Fi network that contains a SCEP and EAP/TLS configuration, it will show a popup example below?
The policy for SCEP and EAP/TLS are already being configured by third-party MDM and we just assume that we don't need to do this manually on each devices.

If an MDM is configured properly, it should be able to connect automatically. Did you make sure the certificates are pushed to the device (and if they are indeed on the device)?

Looks like the configuration is missing something or not correct.
Root, intermediate, device/user cert and wifi configuration is needed to be sent to the device. And the MDM must also be have a certificate connector.

Thank you Michel and Rakib for your help and suggestions!
ronnierodillas I’ve checked with our team to see if we could help you out - You should be able to embed the password on the Wi-Fi configuration of your EMM solution; this way, the users don’t have to manually enter the password when connecting to the internet.
It also looks like your policy for SCEP and EAP/TLS was configured by a third-party MDM so, the best thing you can do is reach out to them to ensure that the settings were deployed correctly and that the devices had also successfully received and installed the intended policy.
I hope that's helpful - Please keep us updated once you’ve spoken to your MDM :)
