Zero Touch Account Recovery

I need help with our zero touch account. The person that set up our zero touch left the company and did not provide the account information. Can this be recovered?

    I am trying to find this information out as well. We have a pretty tight deadline on switching Mobile carriers and I have no way to unlink the old Zero-Touch account from our MDM solution. It claims it is already linked to another Zero-Touch account but that's all the info I have. I know we have used 3 different carriers and none of them see to be able to tell me any good news about ZTE. Microsoft also confirmed they can't do anything to remove the link.
