Please help 😭 the latest software update on my OPPO A57s today, has used up all my space on my phone. What can I do? Is there a way to downgrade to the previous version?

We are working on an app that is used to test our software and products.  The app is constantly running on test Android devices.  It starts recording the screen based on an event and sends the recording to our backend servers to verify that the test passed.  Currently, the whole process halts if the app or OS is restarted until a human approves the screen recording dialog that pops up when the app opens.  Is there a way to pre-approve the screen recording for this app using the Enterprise Management APIs.  As mentioned before, the app only runs on test devices that are not used by any employees.  Currently, we have to constantly monitor these devices just to press the screen recording approval button when the app crashes, has to be restarted, or when the os is updated.  I am trying to find a solution so that this is automated. Thanks for any help

I need to manage android devices. There are several things that I need to do while managing them. I researched about it on the internet and came across Android Management API. But I am struggling with how to use this API? The documentation is too ambiguous.  I have enrolled my device by following Android Management API codelab but I don't know what to do further? How can I create policies, how to push them to device, how to download the Android Management API client. Please help me.

We currently just received Android enterprise through Bell mobility and we have 45 android units currently being used out in the field. To complete set up Bell has asked for us to register on the android enterprise website and provide them with our organization ID. I've clicked on just about everything to try and have failed to even start getting set up.  Is there anyone that can give a quick how to get started and get a company ID? I expected some sort of admin panel access etc. Thank you.

Hey, Is it possible to grant special permissions like `SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW` to a device if it is fully managed using Android management API? We tried adding it to the permissionGrants but it is not enforced for some reason. Thanks!

I have app installed on WorkProfile that contains a contacts List feature, so how can I get personal contacts?when use app this return contacts list for workprofile not personal  but i want contacts for personal

We are setting up and deploying Android Enterprise through Intune but are having issues where the test devices are unable to access any items in the Google Store. when opening the Google store app it shows no apps and has an Error Code DF-DFERH-01. I opened a ticket with Microsoft for this issue and they have escalated it and determined the issue is not on their end and told me to reach out to you. Hello we create in the past a gmail account for the configuration of the Zero Touch portal. Now we need to update this gmail account to a federated gmail account (from our workspace). Some enrolled devices are already uploaded to zerotouch profiles and devices are alreday assigned to zertouch profiles. Is it possible to edit and change the google account used for the zerotouch portal?KR WilliamV

Hi all, we provided Google docs, sheets and slides to our devices.We set managed app config (allow of using printing api and usage without Google account).We noticed now that printing is possible on sheets and slides but not on docs.Is there any known issue rgarding this? I mean I'm a bit confused because it works from the other two. Maybe @Lizzie and @ReeceK you kno more about that or can ask internally?

Hi all,  Hope you can help me out. I have begun the application process to join the Android Enterprise Partner Program - specifically, we'd like to be resellers. I submitted the information, but received a request and an error to update employee count info. When trying to do so, nothing lets me edit. This was several weeks ago and since then I received a denial for, you guessed it, incomplete information.  I tried starting over, but now it won't let me get past the employee count question at all nor does it allow me to skip things I have no interest in - like integrating Android into our own hardware - we don't do that. What do I do? Kind of stuck.  Thank you!

Hi,I have my google account linked to an EMM registration.  I now no longer have access to that EMM system and want to set up my google account to a new EMM system.  Unable to do this due to the above. Do not want to create a brand new google account.I guess only Google Support can assist here but how does one (without a support contract) get in touch with them and get them to disassociate my account from an old EMM system that I no longer have access to.Thank you all!

On Apple devices, you are able to re-name mass Texts to correspond with the people in the mass text. Does anybody know if this is a thing on Android? I am in 1 too many mass texts and they are all simply listed as "mass text"  And how do you delete mass texts? How can you delete them and have them never come back? I have a Samsung Galaxy FE 5G so I am wondering if the type of phone you has anything to do with this issue. Thanks for reading this little rant about my brain not working
