Question

Android Management API initial device enrollment failed

Hello Team,

We have checked in various post available in Android Community. It seems we are not able to enroll devices because of initial quota is 0.

We have filled and submitted the form to increase or lift the safety quota. Its been 15 days since, we don’t have any feedback and not able to enroll device.

What to do in this scenario? Whom to contact to grant us initial quota?

Hi @gaurang_trinetri

The correct location for any and all issues related to AMAPI requests is here.

You can also use this form to check on the status of previous requests.

I understand that you’re keen to receive a response from the team but please bear in mind that making duplicate posts here will not help expedite the process as the community team here are not able to directly assist with the process as we have outlined here.

Please remain patient and I am sure you will receive a response in due course.
