Quota Request Pending Approval (Over 2 Weeks) — Any Way to Check Status?

Hi everyone,

I submitted a quota request over two weeks ago via the Google Form (link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf4VCzblf27V6jx1_iFt7lD1WjyCDpSDzQcxunTbQdbkEGG4Q/viewform).

  • Submission Date: 2026/07/06

However, the request is still pending approval, and I haven't received any update yet.

Could someone please help check:

  1. Whether my request was submitted successfully.

  2. The estimated timeline or current status for the approval process.

Any guidance or advice on how to follow up would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hello minjunkim,

Thank you for reaching out in the Android Enterprise Community.

Regarding your quota request submitted on 2026/07/06 through the Android Enterprise Response Form, please note that standard requests typically require a 14-business-day review period. As that timeframe has now passed, here are a few steps and guidelines to help you check on your submission:

1. Verification Checklist

  • DUNS Number Accuracy: Ensure that the DUNS number provided during submission is active, valid, and officially registered to your company. Using a placeholder, dummy, or mismatched DUNS number can result in the request being automatically declined without a direct confirmation email.
  • Spam / Junk Folders: Check your email's spam or junk filters to ensure communications from the Android Enterprise team or Google forms were not misdirected.

2. Follow-Up and Support Channels

  • Validated EMM Partners: If your organization is an Android Enterprise Partner with a validated EMM requiring immediate assistance, please reach out directly to the Partner Escalation Desk for expedited support.
  • Re-submission or Further Assistance: Because the standard response form does not feature a live dashboard for tracking individual submission statuses, if you have not received a reply past the review window, you may want to re-verify your input details and consider submitting a follow-up inquiry through the support channels or community resources.

If you need any further guidance or assistance navigating the process, feel free to let us know!
